Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Submit a return on our Returns & Claims Portal.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you purchased Checkout+ the shipping label and processing are free. If your order did not include Checkout+, the cost of the label will be deducted from the store credit. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
Items sent back MUST be placed in appropriate packaging. We recommend using the box your order came in or a bubble mailer; letter envelopes are not acceptable. If the item is damaged in the mail due to inappropriate packaging, the item(s) will not be accepted. Damaged item(s) will be returned to sender once the shipper pays for return shipping.

Damages and issues
If your item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or was missing from the order, we want to make it right.
These claims are handled directly through our Returns & Claims Portal — no need to email first. Just be sure to submit your claim within 14 days of delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including Sale items, Sample Sale products, Gift Cards, or deeply discounted styles. Please email info@kinseydesigns.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Item(s) must be unused with original tags. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit within 10 business days.

Extended Holiday Policy
Purchases made during Holiday Season (Nov.1 - Dec. 21) can be returned up until January 15. Items must be unused, with the card or tag attached. Holiday returns must be handled by email info@kinseydesigns.com.
If you would like to exchange or return your item(s) during the Holiday Season period, please email info@kinseydesigns.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order (by January 15). You may ship the item using your own label, or we are happy to provide one, which will be deducted from your credit.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
