Kandi Necklace

I was gifted an initial necklace in memory of my precious parents and grandmother by a dear, dear friend. They always feel just a bit closer when I am wearing it. What a sweet gift Kinsey has given her customers to be able to memorialize our loved ones in this way. Shortly after receiving the gift, my dog chewed up my chain. I messaged to see if I could purchase a new chain. Kinsey and her amazing customer service team replaced that chain at no cost to me! I was blown away by this amazing act of kindness. You won’t find superior customer service any where.

I wanted a special gift for a dear friend and ordered the inital slide and chain. It's so beautiful, I can hardly wait to give it to my friend. When I had a question, prior to ordering (I wanted to be able to add another initial later) Kinsey answered within minutes of my message.

I have several pieces from Kinsey designs and I cannot speak high enough about the quality, quickness of receiving my orders & just how beautiful her pieces are. I have ordered several pieces not only for myself, but I love to give them as gifts as well. I cannot recommend Kinsey Designs enough!
